Fragrant, five-petaled flowers cascade like stars across the branches each spring and, surprisingly, again in fall for a second show. Each blossom carries an almost metallic shimmer and has an incredible fragrance. Foliage emerges a rich red before deepening to lush green. Its slim, upright habit makes it an effortless fit even in smaller spaces. A great small tree for use as a specimen, container planting, or even an allee.
