    Features

‘Polished in Pinstripes’ is a Cordyline, sure to bring some eye catching leafjoy into your collection! This striking plant grows in an upright habit and features elongated, lance-shaped leaves with variegated brushstrokes of creamy yellow, green, maroon, and brown–akin to the sophistication of pinstripes on a well-tailored suit. This tropical plant, native to the islands of the Pacific Ocean, prefers to grow in bright light, and will have darker tones of purple to brown if grown in a higher light situation.

    Maintenance Notes:
    • For optimal performance, keep at 60-85°F (15-29°C).
    • This is an easy-to-grow houseplant, but can also be grown outside in the warm season.  Indoors, it will thrive in bright light. Outdoors, it will do well in a part sun situation.
    • It will grow best in a humid environment.
    • Water as needed, when the top inch or two of soil is dry to the touch. When you do water, apply enough water to soak all of the soil.
    • During the growing season, fertilize this plant at half strength once per month.
    • Protect furniture when watering.
    • Please note that if you don't provide enough light, this plant will become sparse and will not display its most vibrant colors.
